Breast uplift or Mastopexy
A breast uplift or mastopexy can be performed on both sides or 1 side if you have asymmetry. Often it is the result of aging in combination with pregnancy. If you have kept the amount of breast tissue and are happy with it, but fell your breasts have just "sagged", then a mastopexy might be useful.
If you feel you have lost volume with sagging, then you may want to discuss mastopexy with implant. Both operations will give you similar scars. You can expect scars around the nipple and a vertical scar from the nipple downwards. There is a small change of infection and bleeding. No complete symmetry can be guaranteed as nobody is completely symmetrical, and you are likely asked to stay in the hospital for 1 night.
